I took some 320, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 grit sand paper to it and got a nice shine out of it. Only took about an hour and a half, all by hand. I only asked for black, but when it came back, it was metallic black with blue/gold flecks in it. I was happy with the surprise and job. Looks so much better in person.
